Enrolling in January: A Head Start Towards Your DVM
Some see January as a strange time to start vet school, but many Ross Vet students know that enrolling in January gives them a head start towards their dream careers. Starting in our January term, combined with our accelerated curriculum, allows you to complete your DVM at the same time as students who begin in the previous September at a U.S. vet school*.
We’ll be discussing topic such as:
- Our accelerated, AVMA-accredited DVM program1
- How January is perfect if you are taking a gap year to gain experience or finishing prerequisites, as you won’t have to wait an entire year to apply to a DVM program
- An overview of your DVM timeline, including your clinical year completion and graduation
- What it’s like to live and learn in St. Kitts
There will also be plenty of time at the end of the presentation for live Q&A to answer any additional questions you may have about the Ross Vet admissions process and enrolling in the January class. Save your seat by registering below!
* Students must successfully pass all courses prescribed in the Ross Vet preclinical and clinical curriculum without failing or repeating any courses, and pass the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) to complete their degree within this time frame. Comparison to U.S. School is based on a traditional 4-year curriculum.
