How to Apply to Ross’ PhD by Research program
Ready to take your professional education to the next level? Apply today and your passion for research and discovery could lead you to a world of possibilities.
The Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine Postgraduate Admissions Committee reviews PhD by Research applications throughout the year, accepting students for each January start.
Have questions? Contact the postgraduate admissions team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applicants may approach prospective supervisors to discuss their research aspirations and interests.
What happens next?
Applications are by invitation and will be reviewed in-line with our entry requirements and research expertise. If shortlisted on the basis of their application and supporting documentation, applicants will be asked to attend an interview by Skype™ or video-conference. Appointed candidates will then be issued a letter of offer which sets out the conditions of their degree and a mutually agreeable start date will be arranged. Offers must be accepted to finalize enrollment.
RUSVM will assist students pre-arrival with onboarding such as visa requirements and accommodations. Students should not make visa or travel arrangements until they have been contacted by a Ross Vet representative.
Since we operate under rolling admissions, there are no application deadlines. We continue to accept applications leading up to each start term.
Along with your other materials, the admissions committee will consider your cumulative GPA, GPA in pre-requisite coursework, and the competitiveness of your prior institutions and the curriculum when making their decision.
You should attach your transcripts to your online application or mail them directly to the admissions office addressed below:
