The critical decision was made to cancel commencement ceremonies for 2020 for the health and safety of our students, their families, our colleagues, and our community. While we can’t come together in person to celebrate with you in May, we invite you to join our virtual online ceremony. In addition, we welcome you to celebrate at our Spring 2021 commencement celebration activities.We will share more information about our virtual activities soon.

Yes, the commencement reception for May 15, 2020 is cancelled.
Yes! We want to celebrate your accomplishment with you, your family and friends with both the virtual graduation and you are invited to walk with the class of 2021. You will receive additional communications with details regarding the ceremony and reception closer to the event.
Yes! Your hard work deserves to be celebrated and we hope you will share your hard-earned accomplishment with family and friends. All graduates will receive instructions to participate in the virtual celebration, and how to invite family and friends to join.
While you celebrate with friends and family, we hope you will take into consideration the importance of social distancing measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
Yes, you can return your regalia. Click www.herffjones.com/collegereturns for directions. Of course,you can also keep it to take pictures with your diploma, friends and family or to use in the Spring 2021 ceremony. Any orders already in process cannot be canceled. If you choose to return the product, Herff Jones can issue a full refund of the original shipping fee of $15.95. Any orders already in process cannot be canceled.

Yes, diploma covers will be mailed directly to you. To ensure that the diploma cover reaches you, we recommend that you update your current mailing address in the MyRoss Portal.
Yes, these will be mailed directly to those who qualify for honors. Honors GPA information can be found here.
