Teacher - Grades 5 & 6

Kirbie Bremner is an elementary school teacher and registered yoga teacher from Canada. Since she began her career in education, her love of teaching and travel has taken her to many different countries and parts of Canada. She graduated from St.Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts and earned a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education with a concentration in French as a Second Language from the University of New Brunswick. A strong advocate  for mindfulness in schools, Kirbie teaches yoga as mindful movement, meditation and breathing techniques to help children develop self-awareness, build confidence and gain tools to cope with stress. An enthusiastic teacher, Kirbie loves to involve students in art projects, experiments and problem solving to develop critical thinking and creativity.
