
Dr. Natalia Forno Bell, PhD

Dr. Forno, a veterinarian specializing in pharmacology, hails from Santiago, Chile. She graduated from the University of Chile in 2014 and completed her PhD in Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Science in 2020, focusing on natural alternatives to traditional antimicrobials.
During her PhD, she gained expertise in pharmacokinetic modeling and residue analysis through internships at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Veterinary Research Center of Tandil in Argentina. Post-PhD, she joined Virbac Chile's regulatory affairs team, ensuring compliance and safety of veterinary products, while also lecturing in veterinary pharmacology at the University of Chile and mentoring student research projects.
From 2022 to 2024, Dr. Forno served as a visiting lecturer at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, teaching pharmacology and contributing to a Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics research project. Currently, she is a full-time Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator of Pharm I, continuing her dedication to veterinary pharmacology education and research.
