Accredited Veterinary School
Ross Vet’s DVM program holds accreditation from the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Education (AVMA COE).
Ross Vet also maintains accreditation through the St. Christopher & Nevis Accreditation Board, Ministry of Education to confer the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), and Master of Science (MSc) on its students who successfully complete the course of study.

In 2025, Ross Vet leads the nation among all universities in total graduates matched into selective internships and residences through the Veterinary Internship and Residency Matching Program (VIRMP).
DVM Recognition Worldwide
Ross Vet's DVM degree is recognized in the U.S. and internationally. Graduates are eligible to practice veterinary medicine in all U.S. states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. As an AVMA-accredited program, graduates do not need additional foreign licensure exams to practice in the U.S. We provide an overview of the licensing path to practice in various jurisdictions.
