Hear From Our Students

Having access to so many animals on campus helped my education in a number of ways. The most impactful way was learning how to do physical exams and other clinical procedures correctly and in a timely fashion, which is very important in real life practice.

Ross Vet sets students apart with the opportunity that we got to study abroad on the island of St. Kitts. But also, Ross Vet prepares you so well as a veterinarian, learning the knowledge that you need and preparing you to get to clinics.

Ross Vet grads are very unique in the sense that we learn on the go. We have different challenges thrown at us. By being on the island, you are forced to be flexible, but that is what it takes to be a good veterinarian. Being a Ross Vet graduate prepares you to have that flexibility and to think ahead.

I’m a hundred percent glad I went to Ross Vet. I got a unique and fun experience in veterinary school. I got to live in the Caribbean for two years of my life. So I feel like it’s an extra thing that I got to add onto my bucket list while also getting an education.
