Patrice Bernier is a seasoned laboratory professional with over a decade of experience in veterinary diagnostics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from DeVry University and is currently completing her Master of Healthcare Administration at Walden University.
Patrice’s journey at Ross University began in 2011 as an intern in the Anatomy Lab. She returned in 2012 as an administrative assistant and, through hands-on experience and dedicated training, progressed from technician trainee to junior technician, ultimately becoming the youngest senior lab technician in the diagnostic lab.
Currently, Patrice leads the Hematology, Cytology, and Coagulation sections and chairs the Lab Week Committee. Her strengths include process improvement, technician mentorship, and fostering a collaborative lab culture.
